Storage
- Store your bag in the keepsake satin lined box provided, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
- Keep it in a cool, dry place and avoid damp environments such as bathrooms or windowsills.
- Do not compress or stack heavy items on top of your bag, as this may dislodge or damage the beadwork.
- When not in use, stuff the interior lightly with tissue paper to help maintain the bag's shape.
Handling
- Handle your bag with clean, dry hands. Natural oils and residues can transfer to beads over time.
- Avoid snagging the beadwork on jewellery, zips, or rough surfaces.
- Do not pull on individual beads.
- Beaded bags are evening and occasion pieces; they are not intended for everyday heavy use.
Cleaning
Please do not submerge, machine-wash, or steam-clean your bag. Excess moisture may affect the beadwork and bag structure.
- For light surface dust, gently brush with a clean, soft, dry cloth or a very soft brush.
- Do not apply perfume, hairspray, or any chemical product directly onto the bag.
- Do not use water, cleaning sprays, stain removers, or solvents on the beadwork without first contacting us for guidance specific to your bag.
Spill Response
- If your bag comes into contact with liquid, gently blot (do not rub) the affected area immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Allow the bag to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Do not use a hairdryer or place the bag near a radiator to speed up drying.
- Once dry, contact us if you notice any change to the beadwork or finish so we can advise next steps.
